service to European countries.
The arrival time depends on Your country within
1-7 working days.
However, You will receive information about
Your package and the tracking number
to Your email.

Vintage Stories use FedEx International Shipping
to US countries. FedEx International Shipping
already operates at DDP tariffs. This shipping
method is clean and safe for
door-to-door delivery.
Our shipments are packed with great care
to ensure a safe arrival to their destination.
We also use recyclable packaging materials
in order to reduce our environmental impact.

In order to use the right to cancel the order,
the Buyer must inform the Seller with an unequivocal statement
about the Buyer’s decision

We’ll give You a full refund by the same method
You used to pay, within 14 days
of Your return.
We ask that items are returned clean,
and in the same condition
and packing as they was.
The Seller may withhold the refund until it has
received the goods back
or the Buyer has provided proof
that the goods have been returned.
The Buyer must send
the goods back or deliver them
to the same address as
on the packing, without
undue delay and in any case no later than
14 days from the day the Buyer notified us of his
decision to withdraw from this contract.
THE FOLLOWING RULES
The product must be returned in its original packaging
(we recommend carefully opening the package
in which it is located upon receiving the product).
The product must be returned in a complete package.
When returning the product,
the Seller must submit the
accompanying documents (purchase documents).
The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the goods returned
by the Buyer if the term of return
of goods are not followed.
Goods can be returned in accordance
with the procedures specified by the Seller.
The Buyer must pay
the direct cost of returning the goods.
CARE OF PRODUCT
Strictly hand wash only for all items.
Dishwashers are not permitted. Please use the supplied
soft sponge to prevent any scratches. Do not use
circular movements, only in the direction of the grain.
